Reservations


Appointments can be made online through our website, or call us 781-570-2744. We advise booking appointments to avoid long wait time. We try our best to accommodate walk-ins, but please understand we need to honor the reserved time made by our clients.


Updated Cancellation Policy


INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF TWO
You can cancel or reschedule 4 hours prior to your appointment. Outside of this window, a cancellation fee will apply. Please see below for more details:

  • If you cancel or reschedule 4 hours within your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 50% of your scheduled service(s).
  • If you do not cancel and/OR is a no-show* to your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 100% of your scheduled service(s).

  • GROUP OF THREE OR MORE
    You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Outside of this window, a cancellation fee will apply. Please see below for more details:

  • If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours within your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 50% of your scheduled service(s).
  • If you do not cancel and/OR is a no-show* to your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 100% of your scheduled service(s).
  • * We will consider your appointment as a no-show at 15 minutes or later from your original scheduled appointment.


    Cancellations or No Shows


    Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your appointment, be sure to call us at your earliest convenience to avoid NO SHOWS. Clients with 4 no-show appointments can only be taken as a walk-in appointment. Please take into consideration the technician's time.


    Arrival


    Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and take your time to choose colors. We offer extensive color choices and can take time to find the right colors.


    Lateness


    Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced service time, change of technicians, or rescheduling to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. Please call us and we will always try to accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.


    Payment Methods


    We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit, Apple Pay, or a valid Gift Certificate. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.


    Gratuity


    Gratuity is not included in the service prices. We accept gratuity in the form of cash, personal checks, or Venmo. Gift certificates cannot be used towards gratuity.


    Refunds


    All services and gift certificates are final sale.


    Group Booking


    For private parties and group booking inquiries, please email bisounailbar@gmail.com. We will respond with-in 24 hours with a form to fill out. We do require credit card information for our cancellation policy. Thank you.


    Medical Conditions


    Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any salon services. Kindly inform us of any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your treatments. Bisou Nail Bar reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.


    Valuables


    For your convenience, we suggest you leave your jewelries/valuables at home. Bisou Nail Bar will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.


    Service Satisfaction


    We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please email our manager at Bisounailbar@gmail.com. We also guarantee our work! If your nails chip within days of your service please email a photo to us or call us 781-570-2744. We will offer a complimentary touch up on the affected nails only. Outside the guaranteed period will be charged as accordingly.
